The meaning of Alivia is "olive tree". Perfect for this little girl because she has the prettiest shade of olive skin. And the darkest hair, gorgeous! You can see where she gets it from. Maybe I'm just jealous since I seem to be the total opposite. This precious little girl was probably the most cooperative newborn girl Ive photographed so far. So excited I get to see her grow up through her first year :)

Sorry I have been MIA lately :( I kind of chose to put photography at the bottom of my to-do list lately, spending time with the girls and school work so that I can graduate this semester. It is actually kind of nice to have a couple weekends without photo shoots. I will be back full force next year, if we dont get orders to move, which we are hoping for :) Just ready for something new.

Here is the K family. My friend Amy is also a photographer, who just moved to DC! Kinda jealous, I was up there for some military training and it was fun, but the traffic was insane! But maybe someday we will be stationed close together again, I hope :)

I have been spending a lot of time on this blog. Im getting ready to switch over from my other site and have this as my main one since I update it regularly and its mobile device friendly :).

School started a couple weeks ago and my head is spinning with all the things on my to-do list. My house is a disaster so if anyone wants to come clean it I would be grateful :) Now that Gracelyn is getting older I practically have 2 toddlers to pick up after....

I had a project due this week for my multimedia presentations class and it was a video about me. It worked out good because I can use it for my website as well. If you haven't seen it yet its under the about me link.

Anyway, here are some photos from my session with Baby Ethan. I think every session I have done with a baby boy has been easy since they just sleep the entire time ;) I have never had as much luck with girls for some reason.
